The assembly line consists of six assembly and inspection stations and a final inspection station. Each of the station is designed as poka-yoke. The stations have universal jigs for the LH and RH options. Process data is sent to the production data storage.
The line consists of the following technologies:
The line consists of two assembly stations designed for riveting subassemblies of dashboard, one assembly station designed for manual clips mounting, an inspection station with a camera system controlled by servo drives and a final inspection station. The stations are designed as poka-yoke. Process data is sent to the production data storage.
The line consists of the following technologies:
The station is designed for bending flat cables using Hall sensor and their subsequent welding to plastic bed. The relocation of bent cables between the bending and welding part is made by 2D portals with servo drives. The weld is done by using ultrasonic technology. The quality of the inserted plastic parts and the subsequent weld is controlled by smart camera.
The line consists of the following technlogies:
For our customer we converted the flying cutoff behind the profiling line. During the conversion we removed the original pneumatic cutoff, manipulated with it and replaced it with linear guides and the ball screws with servo drives. The conversion resulted in higher reliability of the entire line, it also increased production capacity and improved cutting accuracy.
