The stations are designed as poka-yoke stations with a function of the identification of components and assemblies/sets entering the assembly process and a function of communication with enterprise information systems.
We supply single-purpose machines designed according to customer requirements. The machines are made as semi-automatic or fully automatic devices which serve for completing assemblies/sets using manipulators, handling and assembly robots or vibratory feeders. For manufacturers of car interior components we supply machines designed for hot plate or ultrasonic welding of plastics.
We provide production and assembly lines designed according to customer requirements. The lines can be designed as several consecutive assembly stations with manual or conveyor transfer of individual assemblies/sets. The stations of an assembly line can be manual, automated, or a combination of both versions, depending on manufacturing process.
We supply stations designed for the final inspection of the completeness of assemblies/sets or parts. The stations can be used for inspection of smaller components using one or more smart cameras, or for inspection of larger components using a camera system or laser scanner. The camera systems can be installed on the robot arm or on the linear guide. This allows to control a large number of elements on bigger parts. Furthermore, we implement camera systems on already delivered machines, when it is necessary to check the correct functionality of the existing production process – such as glue application. An important part of camera stations is the light system which we design ourselves according to the specific application so that we achieve the best possible conditions for the inspection itself.
We provide manipulators designed for moving parts within production processes.
We are engaged in the modernization of older production equipment. The modernization processes include the supply of new control systems, as well as the production and replacement of old worn mechanical components, or the supply of a new complete production unit.
For customers, especially from the automotive industry, we provide manual inspection and trimming jigs that are needed in the production process. Furthermore, we design and supply ripping jigs for the quality department in accordance with requirements of car manufacturers.
